Midway through the second round of the NCAA Tournament, Northwestern has been the team surrounded by the most drama thus far.
In Round 1, they escaped Vanderbilt after a Vanderbilt player committed an ill-timed foul, sending Northwestern to the free-throw line for the game-winning free throws. And on Saturday, Northwestern had their luck reversed, as the NCAA admitted to missing a game-changing goal-tend against Gonzaga. Northwestern is out.
We’re onto Day 4 of the second round, and we’re going to see some of the big teams play – Duke, UNC, UCLA, Kentucky, and more.
